What is MOQ?
Our minimum order quantity depends on the product type, but generally starts from 25 units per style/colour. Please contact us for product-specific MOQs. Each sport type has it's own MOQ rule.
Do you keep stock on hand?
We are a made-to-order manufacturer. All garments are produced based on confirmed orders and specifications. This ensures the best fit, branding, and quality control.

Can I order samples?
Yes, under certain conditions samples can be supplied. Please let us know your sample requirements so that we can determine whether it qualifies with our sampling criteria.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We deliver across South Africa, via trusted courier partners. Shipping costs and lead times will be included in your quote.
Do you export outside South Africa?
Yes, we can arrange international deliveries. Please contact us for export options and shipping arrangements.

Can I cancel or change an order after confirmation?
Once production has started on customised garments, orders cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded.
Please review all details attached to the confirmation email carefully before approving your quote.
What payment options are available?
We require a 50% deposit to begin production, with the balance payable before delivery. EFT payments are accepted.
12. Do your products come with a warranty?
We guarantee the quality of our manufacturing. If you receive faulty items, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can assess and resolve the issue. We strive to produce top quality garments, for our top quality clients.
13. Can I visit your factory/showroom?
Yes, visits can be arranged by appointment. Contact us at mail@gencon.co.za to schedule a visit.
14. Do you offer design assistance?
Yes. Our in-house design team can help you with product styling, branding placement and logo setup. Graphic costs will be dependent on individual requirements and the complexity of the artwork.
