Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) are implemented on every product to balance quality production with cost efficiency. Every order we need to manufacture requires setup processes like machine preparation, printing setup and labour - therefore we can not produce single-item orders.

The good news is that our MOQs at Gencon are kept reasonably low compared to other large-scale suppliers, making it easier for growing brands and teams to access custom manufacturing without needing massive volumes. Once production has started on customised garments, orders cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded. Please review all details attached to the confirmation email carefully before approving your quote.

We require a 50% deposit to begin production. The balance is payable prior to release of your order. Only EFT payments are accepted.

We strive to produce top quality garments, for our top quality clients - but it is human for mistakes to happen. If you receive any faulty items or are unhappy, please immediately notify us, along with images - within 7 days of delivery so we can assess and resolve the issue as swiftly as possible.

Yes. Our in-house design team can help you with product styling, branding placement and logo set-ups. Graphic costs depend on the individual requirements and the complexity of the artwork.
